Shipping Fees... Tools are Heavy, Shipping charges are setup so you can save money on multiple items purchased and shipped to the same address, at the same time. Sometimes 2 or 3 items together will have the same shipping price as if just one was purchased (depending on the items).

Warranties... All items have warranties, From 30 days to lifetime (see items description for details). If an item is defective and still under warranty, Simply return it to us prepaid with a copy of the original receipt or invoice and a brief letter of the problem and your ship to address. We will replace or repair the item and return it to you free of charge. Please email us for a R/A# before shipping it back to us.

Return/Refund... We offer on most items a 30 Day money back guarantee, No questions asked, Less all shipping and a 15% restocking fees. Must include all packaging, manuals, etc. and also the original receipt or invoice. Please email us for a R/A# before shipping it back to us.

When and How do we Ship?
We ship immediately upon receipt of funds. We'll send you an email with the shipping details the day it leaves. We ship by UPS and/or USPS (our discretion). Note: UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes!
